Hanson XS650 Big Bore

This build was a collaboration with a customer who had waited years to see his vision through. We helped him achieve his idea of the perfect bike by modifying the original XS frame into more of a brat style bike. We then made a new steel fuel tank, electronics area under the seat, and added some flair to the fenders. The beautiful fenders came from Coopersmithing Co. Adding modern touches like the GSXR front end, Harley wheels, and disc brakes front and back made the bike easy to control on the road. The Hugh's Handbuilt engine runs strong and is a big difference over the stock 650cc's. We were really honored to be a part of this build!
